As a 16 year old I continued my training at The Royal Swedish Ballet School where I worked towards achieving my dream to become a classical dancer. During this time I had the privilege to perform at The Royal Swedish Opera House. I then moved to England to train at Tring Park School for the Performing arts where I realised I wanted to pursue a career in contemporary dance. During the three years I trained at Tring Park School I enjoyed the variety of artistic and creative challenges presented to me. I have learnt a great deal from working and performing works by Chris Tudor, Tim Blowfield and Jodie Blemings as well as performing in venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, Sadler's Wells, Aylesbury Waterside Theatre and The Shaw Theatre.
After graduating I joined Chrysalis London with the incredible Jodie Blemings as the Artistic Director. During my time at Tring Jodie was a huge support and inspiration and I am so excited to have started this company with him and all my talented colleagues.
I find it interesting writing about what I have done in this way because I feel as well as showing what I have done during my training, my personality also comes across. Although I do prefer for professional purposes to use my normal CV and then add extra in a Motivation letter. But if anyone experiences it differently please share and comment.
